Hunger Free Colorado's statewide Food Resource Hotline connects Coloradans with food and nutrition resources and offers navigation assistance. Current services include food-resource referrals and support connecting to public-benefit programs such as SNAP and WIC.
Eligibility: Available statewide to all Coloradans regardless of legal status. Caller information is confidential.
