Care for eligible patients
DAWN provides care at no cost for eligible adults who live in Aurora and do not have health insurance. Read the full eligibility details before getting started.
Primary care
Primary care is the starting point for care at DAWN. Services include preventive care, support for ongoing health concerns, medication monitoring, and care coordination.
Primary care comes first
Specialty care is available only to established DAWN patients after a referral from the primary-care clinic.
Specialty care
Established patients can ask their primary-care team about a referral and current availability. Specialty clinic nights vary based on clinician and preceptor availability.

Support for behavioral health needs.
Cardiology
Care related to heart health.
Dental screenings
Basic oral-health screenings. This does not imply dental treatment.
Dermatology
Care for skin-related concerns.
Endocrinology
Care for hormonal and metabolic health concerns.
Geriatrics
Care that supports the health needs of older adults.
Nephrology
Care related to kidney health.
Neurology
Care related to concerns involving the nervous system.
Ophthalmology
Care related to eye and vision health.
Physical therapy
Support for movement, mobility, and physical function.
Pulmonology
Care related to lung and breathing health.
Rheumatology
Care related to rheumatologic and autoimmune health concerns.
Sports medicine
Care for musculoskeletal and activity-related concerns.
Women’s health
Preventive women’s health services, including Pap smears.
Support during your visit
Language assistance
Language assistance is available by phone, and interpretation is provided on arrival.

DAWN does not provide emergency care. For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
