When to come
Primary care is Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. Appointments are strongly encouraged. Walk-in visits may be accommodated, but are not guaranteed. Scheduled patients should arrive 15 minutes before their appointment. If you will be late, please call DAWN; late arrivals may be asked to reschedule.
Find the clinic
CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center, 12348 E Montview Boulevard, Aurora, CO 80045. Use a designated Patient Parking space in the Monte Vista lot and enter through the East Entrance. If you park in another space, DAWN can provide a parking code. The entrance and lobby are accessible, and an elevator is available. Plan your trip with RTD (opens in a new window).
Arrival and check-in
Enter through the East Entrance, use the elevator in the lobby to reach the second floor, and check in at the Wellness Clinic. Use a designated Patient Parking space in the Monte Vista lot when one is available. If you park in another space, DAWN can provide a parking code before your visit or when you arrive. Support people are welcome, and interpretation can be requested on arrival.
