Sheridan Health Services + Pharmacy provides coordinated physical and mental health care for adults, children and teens, including primary care, behavioral health, dental care and pharmacy services.

Eligibility: Serves patients regardless of financial situation.

Languages: Interpreter services available

Cost information: Federally Qualified Health Center with a sliding-scale discount program. Staff can help eligible patients enroll in Medicaid or obtain health insurance through the state marketplace.
