Tepeyac Community Health Center
Tepeyac provides integrated primary and preventive medical care, behavioral health, dental care and pharmacy services, with pregnancy care, pediatrics, men's and women's health, LGBTQ+ services, addiction care, nutrition, immigration medical exams, telehealth, case management and enrollment support.
Eligibility: Accepting new patients. Tepeyac emphasizes inclusive care regardless of background or insurance; specific financial-assistance eligibility varies.
